Great place to stay!

Friendly staff, especially Hoque who is very welcoming and caring, providing an excellent service to all the guests. The food and atmosphere is excellent as are the facilities offered.

The pillows were a bit uncomfortable but not too bad overall. Would love to see a small area for entertaining young kids made available.

Stunning hotel, excellent service. Absolutely loved our short stay here. Everything is so clean and staff go over and beyond. So polite and attentive to guests. Can’t wait to stay again.

Great stay overall!

Really friendly staff, beautiful room and bathroom, with a large screen TV, that had a casting feature. Good wifi Breakfast was nice. I also like the fact that there are two dinner menus; one for more dressy occasions and another for more usual meals. Located close to cafes, shops and bars.

The pictures of the hotel make it seems as those the hotel has great views of the coast and is closer to the beach than it was. As I was travelling more for a beach/nice views sort of holiday, the fact that this was more a city break, based on location, was a bit disappointing. Air-conditioning in the room could have been stronger.

I must say we were super pleased with everything that we experienced in our stay at this Hotel I can honestly say there was nothing negative to say The staff were exceptional and the concierge Hoque Was super helpful and happy to please I could go on but in short I have stayed in many hotels in Malta and in fact all over the world and this stay was one of the ones that will stay in my mind For sure will book this Hotel again

The staff at reception displayed the maximal professionalism, while being very friendly and trying to help me with a last minute room change request (i even asked for their names, Isaak and Franklyn)

Quality stay

Staff was kind and helpful, especially Wendy. Breakfast is fab, mainly because of the a la carte menu, the fresh orange juice and the quality coffee. The hotel is well located, cozy with tasteful design. Room was spacious with comfy bed and pillows.

Excellent hotel and service steer clear of the restaurant Seed

The staff were amazing, they even met us at the cab to get our luggage. They gave us a complimentary room upgrade, they were very helpful with getting around and any request we made from our room was dealt with promptly. I would like to give a special thanks to John the manager on the front desk.

The only thing we didn't like was Seed! The food was worse (looked good but the taste was horrible). The manger was rude and dismissive the service was poor with the exception of 1 guy (can't remember his name).

Outstanding experience

Almost everything. Staffs were very friendly and made sure that our stay is comfortable. It was my bday and I would like to thank one of the staff Ms. Birgit who sent the card in the room. That was very sweet of her. The stay was very much satisfactory.

The breakfast was same everyday which I also understand because of COVID - 19 but as we stayed quite long it became pretty monotonous. I wish to see more options at least alternate days for the next time.

Beautiful and comfortable hotel

We had a room on the 2nd floor looking towards the main entrance/terrace. The building is shiny and new, room was nicely decorated, clean and comfortable. There is a roof top pool with an amazing view. Staff was very friendly and kept all Corona prevention measures. We had complementary hand sanitizer in our room, everyone wore masks, etc., very well managed.

The overall experience was very good and impressed by the accommodation and the staff.

Breakfast was great. lots of variety and staff very accommodating. Eggs were cooked to perfection especially the Omelette. very good selection of pastries. All staff was very helpful and friendly.

We booked a room on the higher levels with sea views. But as these were not finished We got a room on the 5th Floor (Rm 516) with no sea views. If the room we booked was not available, the website should not have allowed us to book it. The Shower leaked in several places and resulted in a soaking, wet bath mat and a pool of water on the floor. There were only two hooks on the bathroom wall which had the bathrobes on them so there was nowhere to put the bath towels or hand towels after use. Signage in the carpark and in lifts should be more prominent. Eg. Floor 0 = Reception.

I think it’s enough to say magic... we felt pampered from beginning till the end. Compliments for the staff Dinner in the restaurant is a MUST Awesome breakfast Attention to the details Rooms, restaurant, pool area, outdoor and even garage are cleaned to perfection Alcohol sanitizer are set up around the hotel, and as well you can find it in the room, in front of the elevator, halls, dinning room
